Energy

The term "energy" is one of several terms (others include God, god, energy, monad, Fabric of Consciousness, and so on), which are used to refer to some aspect of consciousness.

The word "energy" is used when we are referring to an interim stage in the "stepping down" of consciousness between light and matter.
