Channeling

Channeling is the process of opening your body's mind/brain to spiritual communication with the Fabric of Consciousness. Channeling is accomplished by opening the crown chakra using visualization and intent.
Opening to channel spiritual communications is not difficult. The only requirement is that you be fearless when it comes to the spiritual realms. Fear of the spiritual realms, fear of poltergeists, fear of a punishing and judgmental god, fear of possession, and other fears related to spiritual phenomena will cause you to constrict the flow of energy to your crown chakra, thereby preventing you from sustaining an opening.
While opening to channel is easy, there are many pitfalls which make understanding and grounding spiritual communication difficult. Protection rituals are also necessary, for the midterm future, to prevent communications from being corrupted by negative energies and thought patterns.
